Q: What are they made of? |
|
A: Each figurine stands approximately 5.5-7 inches
tall. The heads are hand sculpted of polymer clay and approximately 2
inches. The head will be slightly larger than normal for the body. Each head
is custom made according to your photos and hair, skin and eyes colors base
on you submitted. |

Q: How long does it take to
process an order? |
|
A: 2-3 weeks for ready- made styles (Custom face
only, your choice of pre-made body).4-5 weeks for fully custom-made order
(Made to your specifications). |

Q: What are the photos requirements? |
|
A: To begin a hand sculpted caricature figurine made to look like you, we
first need a series of photographs of you or the subject you would like to
create. A series of photos are needed to help our professional sculptors and
artists create a custom figurine that looks and feels like a mini 3-D
version of you. |

Q: How much does it weigh, and what size? |
|
A: it depends on the figures that you order. Each figure weights around
170g, and background weighs around 500g. |

Q: What are your shipping
methods? |
|
A: We ship Priority and Express mail
with UPS and FEDEX. We seek the best rates amongst the competitors for our clients
benefit. All Packages are assigned tracking number. Insurance is available
by request of the customer. |

Q: Do you offer rushed services? |
|
A: Yes, we offer rushed design and print service on
various products. Additional fees will apply to design and printing
services. Expedited shipping methods are charged separately. |

A: If you can't find exactly what you are looking for on
our web, have a completely CUSTOM Made figurine that is designed to your
specifications in any theme you like. You send in pictures of the couple
including images of their clothes and or activities that they like to do and
we make a custom figurine or wedding cake topper based on your input. It's a
handmade, unique, one-of-a-kind original, custom-made to your order. |

Q: How does the Proof work? |
|
A: We offer free proof prior to production on all of our personalized custom
handmade caricature figurine products. Your proof will be emailed to your
email address in 5-7 business days. We will not continue go on any process
until you have approved your proof. When you receive your proof you have the
option of making changes to your order or approving your proof. Simply reply
to the proof email to request changes or approve your order proof. If you
need to make changes after viewing your proof, you can request a new proof
or allow us to make the changes and proceed with your order. Once your proof
is approved, your order will ship within 10 business days. This does not
include the time waiting for customer’s response to the preview proof e-mail
time. |

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal or
money order will work fine. Payment is required before work begins. |

Q: What if the figure is damaged during shipping?
|
|
A: Contact

within 3 business days
from receipt of merchandise
if your figure was damaged. Submit a photo of the damaged part
and we will provide you with return instructions and either replace the
damaged part or send you a new figure at no charge. |

Q: What is your Return Policy? |

A: Due to the fact that all of merchandise is personalized and made to
custom specifications. ALL Sales and Orders are FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO
CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES will be made except the
figure is
damaged during shipping. |
